WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

WAYF offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Full-priced merchandise is eligible for return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price and associated taxes, not including shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn and in saleable condition with all tags attached in their original form.

 

 

SALE ITEMS / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or with discount code are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS and DHL. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FROM WITHIN THE U.S.?

There is a $14.99 USD fee for U.S. returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

 

For your return, please:

  1. Visit the  Return Your Order page
  2. Input your order number and email address and follow the prompts
  3. You will then receive an email with the return shipping label and instructions for return

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

We suggest using a trackable method to return items. Please note, duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

 

For your return, please:

  1. Visit the  Return Your Order page
  2. Input your order number and email address and follow the prompts
  3. Customers are to cover the cost of international return postage
  4. International returns should be sent to:

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Please note, we are not able to accept returns of items purchased at one of our Retailers. Items purchased at a WAYF Retailer must be returned to the Retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?

All returns should be unused, unworn and with all tags attached in their original form. Any returns postmarked after 14 days from the date of receipt are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process above. New items can be purchased via the website.
