WAYF offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accept return of unused, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached in their original form.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the product price and associated taxes, not including shipping.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A return label is included in the package. Should you use our return label, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use a different shipping carrier, we suggest you use a trackable method to send items.  

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations. We are not able to accept returns of items purchased at one of our Retailers.

Items purchased at a WAYF Retailer must be returned to the Retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS and DHL. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process above. New items can be purchased via the website.
